The Underwood Family

Blaine Underwood is a devoted farmer and family man whose journey has been guided by his faith in God since marrying Robin in 2014. A former captain in the United States Air Force with a specialization in electrical engineering, Blaine uses his analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to fulfill a divine calling in farming. Inspired by a shared commitment to improving their community through wholesome food, he left the Air Force to pursue a life dedicated to sustainable agriculture aligned with God’s design.

Robin, who grew up on a cattle farm, contributes her expertise from twelve years in the nursing field. Her passion for caring for both people and animals reflects the belief that good food is the best medicine. Together, they have sought out sustainable farming practices that honor their faith, embracing methods like rotational grazing and regenerative techniques to raise their livestock.

Now managing an 80-acre farm in Westville, Florida, Blaine focuses on raising grass-fed cattle, sheep, and pasture-raised pigs. Grounded in their principles of stewardship and gratitude, Blaine and Robin strive to create a healthier lifestyle for their family and community, viewing their farming endeavors as a ministry that nurtures both the land and the people they serve.
