Underwood Farm LLC specializes in raising grass-fed South Poll cattle, Katahdin Hair Sheep, and Idaho Pasture Pigs. We employ regenerative grazing methods to ensure the health of our animals while benefiting the environment. Our livestock is free from hormones, GMOs, antibiotics, and vaccines. We provide high-quality grass-fed beef and lamb, as well as pasture-raised pork, to our local community. Our grass-fed beef is rich in flavor and nutrients, while our lamb is known for its tenderness and exceptional taste. Our pasture-raised pork offers a delicious and savory experience, ensuring that each cut reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability. As registered breeders of Idaho Pasture Pigs, South Poll cattle, and Katahdin Hair Sheep, we continuously introduce top genetics from across the United States to our farm. Our goals include promoting parasite resistance, enhancing grass-fed genetics, achieving heavy carcass weights, and showcasing beautiful colors in our livestock.
